Whenever I get bogged down in details and start to feel like I need a break, I always look ahead and find something coming up that I'm excited about.  It helps make the days go by a little faster and things get done.  It might not be your thing, but I'd say it's definitely worth a try - might make you work a little harder.  If not, oh well - here's my list anyway
